As you answer each question, ElleQ gathers the information, manages your budget and builds your Event Masterplan, a single, structured plan that holds everything together as your event takes shape.

The Event Masterplan is the single place where your entire event comes together.
As you work through the planning steps, decisions are added to the Masterplan in order, building a complete, organised plan for everyone to work from.

ElleQ guides you through the planning process one step at a time.
Each step focuses on a single decision, so you only need to answer one clear question before moving on. This keeps planning easy and manageable. Once you have completed a decision, you mark completed to keep track of your progress.
Each step includes the tools needed to complete that decision.
Tools only appear inside the step they belong to, so you’re not searching for templates, spreadsheets, or notes, and you’re not asked to use tools before they’re relevant.
The tools exist to support decisions, not distract from them.
