ElleQ was created by people who plan and deliver events professionally.

Behind the platform is decades of hands-on experience running private event venues and planning events of every scale, from corporate functions to life's milestone moments. That experience shaped a simple truth: events run well when decisions are made in the right order and everything lives in one clear plan. That's what ElleQ was built to provide.

ElleQ wasn't created as a tech experiment or a theoretical idea.

The planning system at its core was originally developed for use inside real event venues, to give clients clarity, confidence, and structure, and to ensure nothing was missed.

At the centre of that system is the Event Masterplan: a single source of truth that captures what's happening, when it's happening, and who's responsible. It's the document clients sign off and teams follow on the day.

That same professional system now powers ElleQ , for hosts planning their own event, and for venues looking to streamline how every event they run is planned and delivered.

Elle, the guide behind the platform, helps break a complex event into clear, manageable steps.

She asks the right questions, keeps decisions aligned, and builds your Event Masterplan as you plan. The structure stays consistent, while the guidance adapts to your event.

Technology, including AI, is used deliberately — to support ideas and momentum, not to overwhelm or replace your judgement. You stay in control at every step.

Everything in the platform exists for a reason. Every tool supports a decision. Nothing is there for show.

The goal is simple: to give hosts and venues access to professional planning structure, so that planning feels like it should. Calm, clear, and in control.

FOUNDER

Founder note.

ElleQ was created by Becs — an event planner and venue owner with extensive experience delivering private and corporate events across New Zealand, Asia Pacific, and Europe. She also runs Sabrage, a strategic event delivery company based in Dublin.

Her role within ElleQ today is as a quiet anchor of expertise behind the system ElleQ leads.
